Mission Statement:
Camp Stories will focus on the “DIY as a regular guy” experiences that hunting and
fishing offer. Through video, television, web and written media, we want to tell the
stories of the friendship and camaraderie only found in camp. We also support
foundations that promote the benefits of the outdoor lifestyle for families and youth.
Camp Stories was started by three guys - Tommy Iannarelli, Kent Thomas and
Mark Reilly - after Elk Camp 2005. Please click below for our bios.

Camp Stories News

In addition to all the visuals captured in our DVD, you can also read about
our incredible adventure in the May addition of, “Bow and Arrow Hunting
Magazine” (www.bowandarrowhunting.com) which will hit the news stands in
late March! . Thanks to the editor, Joe Bell, for the opportunity given me to
share our trip to South Africa with all our fellow archers in such a highly
respected publication – what a great honor.
Here’s an excerpt from the 6pg story:
“As mentioned previously, Kudu are the “Grey Ghosts” of Africa and as I
looked back through the window again, he was suddenly there – 20 yards
to my right standing like a statue, perfectly broadside, melded into the
brush surrounding him. Unfortunately, he was 30yds from the water and
had to cover that distance in order for Mark to get a shot from his position
in the blind. I slowly rotated the camera and got him fully in frame as he
stood, seemingly painted into the landscape as a permanent fixture. After
an eternity, he finally moved, and when he did the giant, chocolate colored
majestic crown caught the sunlight and gave away his status as THE big
bull on the mountain. As he took steady steps towards an opening for
Mark, even I as the camera man began to breathe hard and fast with
anticipation and unbridled excitement that comes only with the rush of a
huge trophy entering your shooting lane. He cautiously closed the distance
to the exact place where Mark had let go a practice arrow only 90 minutes
before and stopped.”
